TOMORROW PEOPLE - This a British TV show that was made about 1975. There were reruns on Nickelodeon in the mid 80's. This is the story of several teenagers that had special powers and claimed to be the next stage of human evolution. They could teleport, telepathy, esp, and move objects with their minds. These episodes have finally been released on DVD by www.revfilms.com

THE AVENGERS - This series was made in the mid 60's. Mrs Emma Peal wore tight black leather that would make your tongue hang out of your mouth. This is British who-done-it. Emma Peel and John Steed solve mysteries in England. These were very popular in the mid 60's.

BATTLESTAR GALACTICA - The story of a rag tag fleet of ships trying to find Earth pursued by an evil race of robots called Cylons to exterminate them. Made in the late 70's. It was noted for its special effects at first, but got cheap as the show went along and reused several footage of previous episodes. The finally released VHS tapes of this series in the early 1990's

THE TIME MACHINE - Set in 1899 but made in 1960 with George Pal, was one of the remarkable movies for special effects. H.G. Wells fantasy will come alive for you if ever watch this move. The remake starring John Beck was voted worst remake of 1978 - all considered, I rather liked this movie. The '78 version had a more state of the art affects, but most who saw it hated it. A new movie was in 2000 and was just OK, nothing more.

STAR TREK - Probably the best Sci-Fi around, what else can I say. Gene Rodenberry's dream of the future. He wanted to make a statement of a vision of what the future should be like. We all work together to achieve our goals without politics, prejudices, and without red tape. Do you think it will true?
