web server is a home built pc. I built it to learn Linux. It is
currently running off my Comcast cable connection with a 20MB down and 2M up
speed. The specs are:

port switch to a 4 port router
Other
processes running: irc server , eggdrop bots, Apache, Qmail,
etc.
