A.   FOR VISITS WITH 4 ANIMALS OR LESS (within 10 miles)

        (same rates apply for  house sitting)

1.     Flat minimum rate for 30 minutes $15.00 a trip.

2.     $25.00 flat rate for 1 hour of pet sitting 1-4 animals.

3.     Second consecutive hour 20% discount ($20.00)

4.     Client may set the times, but may need to fit in with other client’s times that preceded this client’s reservation.

5.     Over 4 pets require an estimate. 

B.    OVERNIGHT RATE: $60. Per night. 11PM to 7Am.(includes 1 free visit next day-additional visits extra) (no increase)

C.   RATES INCLUDE: for regular service calls of 30 min-1hr

        1.     Feeding and watering all animals and walking of dogs.

2.     Feeding and watering of horses, blanketing, (stall picking if time permits).

3.     Administering of medications/supplements is extra.

4.     Cleaning soiled areas in home.

5.     Cuddling, playing with pets.

6.     Cleaning litter boxes.

7.     Turning on, off lights, gathering in mail and papers.

8.     Watering plants.

9.     Putting out trash.

10.   Includes turnout for horses. Requires additional trip for bringing in same day.                                     

D.   EXTRA SERVICES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGE. (ie: poop scooping)

E.    RESERVATIONS

1.     Interview for new clients is required.

2.     Four days notice is required.

3.     Emergencies on per case basis.

4.     Payment and signed contract secures reservation. 

F.    KEY RETURN

1.     Left at client’s home if requested (free).

2.     $5. Key return fee to mail or deliver key.

3.     Ready Key Service available

a.     Company keeps key on file under lock and key for future visits.

b.     Convenience for company and client.

c.     Avoids return key fee.

d.     Extra security for client if he is locked out of his house.

                                  G.    TRIPS TO GROOMER OR VET 20.00 (w/i 10 miles)

                                  H.    NO BILLING, ALL PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE FOR CONTRACTED SERVICES.

                                   I.       NEW GAS SURCHARGE RATES:

                                            1.     One trip a day…..$5.00 (same as before)

                                            2.     Two trips a day…$8.00 ($3.00 increase)

                                            3.     Three/four trips/overnights…$10.00($5.00 increase)

    J.      MEDICATIONS:

  1.     Eye drops-$1.00 each dose (both eyes =1dose)

  2.     Topicals-$1.00 per animal each dose

  3.     Wash and rinse $2.00 per animal per visit

  4.     By mouth

            a.     Syringe-$1.00 per dose (horses $2.00 dose)

            b.     Pills in canned meat or peanut butter ($ $1.00ea)

            c.     Down the throat-$2.00 each dose

I apologize for the increases, but due to the high cost of gasoline, distances of some customers (up to 20 miles away), and the time it takes to do some jobs, I find it is costing me more to be in business than I am making. At times, jobs that used to be 30 minutes have now become 60 minutes as clients have add extras of medications, supplements, extra cleanings, and more animals etc. I am always willing to go the extra mile, but the 30 minute trips that have become 60 minute trips isn’t fair to the clients paying the  30 minute rates.  All trips are 30 minutes with your pet unless you request the hourly rates. Thank you for your understanding in these matters. This will make it fair for everyone. Your precious ones will always get the loving, and special care that I have given in the past.
